Boston Ballet - The Nutcracker

Hello everyone! It has been a very long time since I have last posted. COVID-19 has really stopped my family from going anywhere, but just recently we went to a ballet in Boston! The Nutcracker! Due to us having had the vaccine for almost half a year now we thought it would be pretty safe to go for the Christmas season. It was a half-day on Friday and we left for Boston where we checked into a hotel and went shopping around Copley Plaza. There are so many cool things there! I really want to get a nice jacket for the winter, but I've been in a growth spurt and I'll most likely grow out of it very soon. Before the ballet we went for a lovely dinner at Bistro du Midi, the food was excellent! Nutcracker was amazing and I was surprised at how quickly time past! I really enjoyed it. We took a nice slow walk back to our hotel after the show and Boston looked so charming, all lit for Christmas. Once we returned we were pretty tired but we did enjoy some deserts we bought earlier at Eataly. The next day sadly it was raining, so we decided to just walk around Copley again and do a little Christmas shopping. Boston now has an Eataly, which is is like a big indoor Italian Market place. You can not only buy products but there are several vendors that sell everything from gelato to pizza. All in all, we had a really nice quick trip to Boston. It was really great to stay at a hotel again and go out! The ballet was great and Boston at night is beautiful! I would like to come back sometime soon and get that jacket that I wanted...(hint hint to my parents) I hope everyone has had a safe past couple of months and hope that COVID-19 should all be over soon!
